Beyond one-on-one therapy

Programmes for the moments that need more than a session.

Some situations call for something built specifically around them: a space, a curriculum, a community. We're building a small number of focused programmes to sit alongside individual therapy, starting with two.

What's coming

Two programmes are in development right now, each built for a specific relationship, not a general audience. Details on enrolment and start dates will follow as each one is finalised.

New Roots

Mental health support for teen mothers

A space built for young mothers navigating two things at once: growing up, and raising someone else. New Roots pairs group support with access to therapists trained in adolescent and perinatal mental health, so the isolation and pressure that often come with early motherhood don't have to be carried alone.

  • Reduce isolation and postpartum anxiety among teen mothers through peer community and licensed support
  • Build practical coping and parenting confidence without judgement about age or circumstance
  • Create a consistent, private line to a therapist who understands both adolescence and early motherhood

For teen mothers, ages 15–19

The Listening Home

Helping parents raise children who feel safe speaking up

Most parents want their children to come to them when something hurts, but few are taught how to actually build that. The Listening Home is a short guided programme for parents and guardians on opening real conversations with children, especially the ones about feelings that are easy to dismiss or hard to hear.

  • Give parents concrete, age-appropriate ways to invite a child to share difficult feelings
  • Reduce the moments a child's hurt goes unspoken because it felt unsafe or unwelcome to say
  • Strengthen everyday trust between parent and child, not just during a crisis

For parents and guardians
